Overview

Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) supports the research enterprise throughout the entire lifecycle of an externally sponsored project, from proposal submission to award closeout. SPA includes both a pre-award section, which is primarily responsible for proposal submission and award negotiation, and a post-award section, which is responsible for managing awards from account set up through closeout.
